Silver Knit Lurex Gown
Va Va Voom!
This 1960's Jon-Michel silver lurex knit gown is everything and a box of ganache truffles! It is a floorlength body hugging gown with angora (I think) details and buttons along the bodice and cuffs. It has an extra long hem so that even when filled with jaw-dropping curves it still grazes the floor. Absolutely stunning!
The dress is in very good condition save for a few repaired unchained stitches and a dirt stain near the hem (I did not attempt to remove it). The hem was taken up which I removed however there is an ever so faint line where the hem was folded. I steamed it and it is almost gone so I think a good ironing would remove it completely.
